Your License to Us

By posting or submitting any material (including, without limitation, comments, blog entries, social media postings, photos, and videos) to us via the Page or otherwise, you represent:

You acknowledge and agree that any contributions created by you for COMPANY in the course of your engagement shall, to the extent permitted by law, be owned exclusively by COMPANY. Where such contributions do not vest automatically in COMPANY under Section 13 of the Canadian Copyright Act, you hereby irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in and to such contributions to COMPANY.

The information, products, and services offered on or through the Page are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Page or its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Page or servers are free of viruses or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall COMPANY or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Page, including third-party materials, products, or services made available through the Page.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

Termination

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Page or any part of the Page at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorised to access the part of the Page affected.
